Our services include diagnosis, repair, replacement of parts, software troubleshooting, and maintenance.
2. Service Estimates & Diagnostics
Initial diagnostics may be free or chargeable depending on the service.
All repair costs will be shared with you before work begins.
No repair will be carried out without your consent.
3. Payment Terms
Payments are due upon completion of service unless agreed otherwise.
We accept [Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Bank Transfer].
Service and replacement part charges are non-refundable once completed/installed.
4. Warranty on Repairs & Parts
Genuine replacement parts come with a limited warranty (period depends on manufacturer/supplier).
Warranty covers only the replaced part and service performed—not unrelated failures.
Warranty becomes void if:
The device is tampered with by a third party after repair.
Physical damage, liquid damage, or misuse occurs.
5. Data & Privacy
While handling devices, we take utmost care of your data.
However, we are not responsible for any pre-existing data loss or corruption.
We strongly recommend taking backups before submitting devices for repair.
For Data Recovery services, success depends on the condition of the media and is not guaranteed.
6. Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits).
Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
7. Turnaround Time
We aim to complete most repairs within the estimated time given at booking.
However, delays may occur due to part availability, supplier issues, or complex repairs.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Provide accurate details of the device issue.
Collect repaired devices within the advised time frame.
Ensure software/licenses provided for installation are genuine and legally owned.
9. On-Site & Remote Services
On-site visits may incur additional travel/service charges.
For remote support, you are responsible for maintaining an active internet connection.
10. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a service request before work begins without charges.
Once repair work has started, diagnostic/labor charges may still apply.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of [Your Country/State], and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
