- Cracked screen, drops, liquid or burn damage, misuse.
- Unauthorised opening or third-party repair.

Yes. Our refurbished laptop warranty card gives 30 days on laptop hardware, display and battery, 6 months on the adapter or charger, and 6 months of free re-installation support for the originally provided Windows or software. Physical damage, liquid damage and misuse are not covered.
Is a refurbished laptop reliable?
A refurbished laptop is a used product, so it can show minor scratches or keyboard shine. We test each laptop before sale and you can inspect it in the shop before paying, so you know its condition before you buy.
